I am a UX expert and accomplished Lead Experience Designer & Consultant with a reputation for designing and delivering optimal, validated experiences which satisfy and delight users, and help to deliver business and commercial objectives.
Currently approaching 5 years as Principal UX Designer for the UK’s biggest telecommunication company, I have experience of leading teams of designers on huge CAPEX eCommerce projects, as well as the data-driven optimisation and development of digital products and tools that allow 28 million customers to service their accounts.
With many years experience working in the document-heavy, waterfall delivery of digital products, I have in recent times transferred my key strengths to help facilitate rapid, agile development and a lean UX approach by distilling complex business challenges and user pain points into simplified, actionable, prioritised cycles of ‘think, make, check’.
My skill set expands to cover the entire life-cycle of digital design & development, allowing me to effectively communicate with technical collaborators, and bring stakeholders of all levels along with me.
